The beginning

This space is about my own reflections about the martial arts world. Starting by the beginning, my path started at the age of 8, after being advised to drop swimming and do another physical activity, so I began with Judo. I iniciated my JuJutsu practice 2 years later, with some Judo basics and by accident. The Judo teacher in my school was also a JuJutsu teacher, and since this was his “main” art, the trainnings soon changed to JuJutsu. Having 38 years old, my path in the martial arts has now 30 years, with some (many) interruptions, the last one was a 10 years interruption, but "Budo" always has been a part of my life.
